Your Physical Profile

Stop guessing what your body needs.

A Core & Caddy Physical Profile shows the golfer which physical qualities are currently available, where development may create more options and what to focus on first.

It is the beginning of a personalised pathway, not a pass or fail test.

Clarity

What you will understand.

  • How your current movement and physical capacities support the way you practise and play.
  • Which areas deserve attention first.
  • Where greater strength, control or mobility may expand your options.
  • How your physical history and present goals shape the programme.
  • What progress looks like and when it will be reviewed.

The experience

What the session feels like.

01

A conversation about your golf

We begin with how often you play, what you want from the game, what feels difficult and what you would like to be able to do more confidently.

02

A structured physical assessment

We observe how your body currently organises movement and explore the physical qualities relevant to golf, training and long-term participation. A PGA professional can be present if that is useful.

03

A clear personal profile

Your results are translated into a straightforward visual profile. You leave knowing what matters, why it matters and what happens next.

04

A targeted development pathway

Your programme is shaped around the priorities revealed by the assessment rather than a generic list of golf exercises.

05

Visible reassessment

Progress is reviewed, priorities are updated and the next phase is built from the new picture.

Together

Useful for the golfer. Useful for the coach.

With the golfer’s permission, a concise summary can be shared with their teaching professional. It highlights relevant physical considerations without prescribing a swing or overwhelming the coach with unnecessary detail.

Outcomes

What the Physical Profile is designed to support.

  • More confidence in movement and training.
  • A stronger foundation for speed and power development.
  • Better tolerance for practice and repeated rounds.
  • A clearer route back to golf following appropriate clinical care.
  • The strength and mobility required to keep playing as the years pass.
  • Greater understanding and ownership of physical progress.

The Physical Profile assesses physical performance. It does not diagnose medical conditions or replace appropriate clinical care. Pain or concerning symptoms are referred to the relevant healthcare professional.
